Born and raised in North Idaho, Ellee received her Bachelors’ of Science in Nursing from Lewis and Clark State College. She worked for 8 years as a labor and delivery nurse, where her passion for women’s health was solidified. In 2009, Ellee graduated from Idaho State University with her Master’s of Science in nursing, becoming certified as a family nurse practitioner. Although she spent time working in primary care, Ellee was excited to transition back into the more specialized field of obstetrics and gynecology. Because she enjoys helping women manage their health, Ellee is happy to be a part of the Denali OB/GYN team.
Outside of work, Ellee enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, exploring the unique beauty of Alaska and all it has to offer. She also enjoys hiking, bike riding, and reading. She is hoping to become active again in her favorite winter sports of cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snow machining.
